  • You may be smart, but you recognize your limitations

  • You have difficulty connecting with emotions BUT see the importance

  • Willing to try suggestions in order to obtain desired results

  • Needing extra help/accountability with changing habits but very driven

  • Committed to meeting at least every other week

  • Serious about making changes

  • Goal oriented - you must know what you want to improve or analyze

  • Mentally well - no desire to hurt yourself or others

  • Mindfulness, meditation, and connecting with emotions are the fastest way to make a change.

  • Solution Focused - we will prioritize your goal(s) and collaborate on how to reach them in the most efficient and expeditious way

  • Direct - Empathetic but won't beat around the bush

  • Non-judgmental - your story is safe with me and I will treat you as I would want to be treated

  • Fast-paced - If you are desiring to make changes FAST I will be cognizant of your desires while also attempting  to not emotionally overwhelm you

  • Honest -  I will give you truthful feedback when applicable
